RELEASE AGREEMENT
- I accept for use as is the clothing and equipment listed on this form, and accept full responsibility for the care of the clothing and equipment while it is in my possession.
- I will be responsible for the replacement at full retail value of any clothing and equipment rented under this agreement not returned.
- I agree to reimburse and hold harmless Whistler Winter Wear (a part of Greystoke Ent) for loss or damage of any kind to the clothing or equipment other than reasonable wear and tear.
- The clothing and equipment dealt with in this contract is to be used only by the skier whose signature appears on the form and I agree to reimburse and hold harmless.
- I agree to return all rental clothing and equipment by the specified date in clean condition to avoid any additional charge.
- I understand that there are inherent risks involved in the sport for which this clothing and equipment is to be used, alpine skiing, that injuries are common and ordinary occurrence of the sport and I freely assume those risks.
- I hereby release Whistler Winter Wear (a part of Greystoke Ent.) and its owners and employees from any and all liability for damage and injury to myself or any person or property, resulting from, namely but not limited, to the selection, installation, maintenance, adjustment or use of this equipment, whether it be as a result of negligence or otherwise. I accept the full responsibility for any and all such damage or injury which may result.
- All instruction on the use of my rental clothing and equipment have been made clear to me, and I understand the function of my equipment.
DO NOT LEAVE CLOTHING IN ROOM
*EFFECT OF PROVINCIAL LAWS
This agreement is not intended to limit your rights under any provincial statute. Therefore, if any of those terms is prohibited by and such statute, that term should not be applicable.
